Upon completion, Canal Walk will offer a total of 1,200 residences including townhomes, condos and single-family homes. The Reserve at Canal Walk contains single-family homes, The Enclave at Canal Walk houses the three-story condo buildings, and the area which includes the attached townhomes is simply known as Canal Walk.

The condos are located in three-story buildings with elevator access. Each unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and one underground garage parking space. The townhomes are available on a resale only basis and range from 1,889 to 2,168 square feet. These low-maintenance homes include three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a one or two-car garage.

The Reserve at Canal Walk features single-family homes that offer 1,499 to 2,975 square feet of living space. Canal Walk is a gated, age-restricted active adult community. One member of each household must be aged 55 or better, however other residents only need to be adults over the age of 19.
